Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement custody, security, and treatment policies.
• Respond to major incidents and provide appropriate assistance.
• Promote positive behavior and manage staff relationships.
• Direct and train staff; evaluate performance; disciplinary actions.
• Prepare records and reports; maintain daily logs.
• Ensure facility goals and compliance with rules and procedures.
• Provide detainee/inmate supervision where needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
