Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for Shawnee Correctional Center in Vienna, IL. The RN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under guidance from the DON and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address physical, psychological, and social needs.

The role requires an Associate's degree, RN license (or ability to obtain), CPR certification, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in CPR
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the scope of practice to incarcerated patients
• Work under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs of patients
