Job summary

Qualifications

• Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• If applicable, must obtain RN license within one year of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and nursing diagnoses to guide care.
• Administer medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Provide ordered treatments and assist with examinations and daily living needs.
• Update electronic health records and document transfers or releases.
• Educate staff and offenders on health practices for safe behavior.
• Maintain infection control and quality procedures for inspections.
