Direct Hire Correctional RN Role $45-$55 per hour in Bridgeton, New Jersey

Clinical Magnet, a division of Icon Medical Network, is looking for a Correctional RN to join our partner's full-time team in Bridgeton, New Jersey. Evening and night shifts are available. Great pay and benefits!

This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity (not contract).

Essential Responsibilities

• Collaborates with primary care providers and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity, timeliness, and appropriateness of care to inmates
• Promotes a culture of safety for patients and employees through proper identification, reporting, documentation, and prevention
• Performs assessments of inmate patients in various settings within the institution, such as initial intake, healthcare unit for sick inmates, emergency situations on housing units, chronic care clinics, and medical units

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered RN licensure in the state of practice
• At least 1 year of RN experience
• BLS certification
• Previous correctional healthcare experience is preferred but not required

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay starting around $45 an hour plus shift differential for evening and night shifts. Pay can be higher depending on experience and skills
• Monday - Friday schedule, with occasional weekends (you get days off during the week if you work a weekend)
• 8-hour shifts available (3P - 11:30P or 11P - 7:30A)
