Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: There is no substitution of education for specialized experience for this grade level.
• Experience: At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level.
• Experience with accounting systems/subsystems, including financial reports, records, forms, controls, and related procedures.
• Experience with accounting and budgeting techniques, familiar with accounting and budgeting principles, concepts, theories and practices, and financial reporting and standards for Federal agencies.
• Experience performing salary projections, budget formulation and execution, financial management, procurement and property functions, oversight of credit card program, and liaison for financial matters with management and executive staff.
• Experience overseeing monthly submission of cash reports and proof checks and accuracy of all financial obligations.
