Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and manage correctional programs to support rehabilitation.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in services and create programs.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with facility staff and community partners to ensure success.
• Prepare and manage program budgets and expenditures.
• Provide training and support to staff delivering programs.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Prepare reports on activities, performance, and outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
