Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and experience allowed.
• Technical administrative experience would include highly complex clerical work.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs components of agency programs.
• Interprets rules and regulations governing program operations.
• Prepares administrative, statistical and fiscal documents.
• Supervises staff and implements program activities.
• Advises on resource priorities and develops policies.
• Represents the agency at meetings and trainings.
• Drafts contracts or grant proposals.
• Reviews proposed legislation and may act as legislative liaison.
