• Work a 40-hour week with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Participate in formalized instruction in sociology, psychology, court procedures, and custodial responsibilities.
• Write and complete detailed reports and assist in emergencies.
• Wear employer-provided uniforms and follow union provisions.
