• High school diploma or equivalent; driving license required.
• Six months experience in corrections or human services supervising adults/youth in a residential or facility setting.
• Background checks and pre-employment screenings required; certifications in first aid/CPR/restraint preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and monitors adult residents in a 24-hour facility to ensure safety, security, accountability, and compliance with rules.
• Monitors recreational and group activities and conducts routine searches of clients and living areas.
• Prepares and reviews reports to maintain awareness of activities within the facility and its residents.
• Escorts/transports clients to court, visitation, school, programming; acts as liaison to monitor activities in the community.
