Job summary

Strong EMR documentation and collaboration with the care team are essential. Candidates must hold a NC NP license in good standing, have at least 1 year of NP experience, and possess PSV verification and BLS
Qualifications
- Current, valid, and unrestricted North Carolina NP license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of NP experience.
- Primary Source Verification (PSV) from licensing board or verification agency.
- Current certifications (e.g., BLS) and mandatory compliance documents.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, examinations, and histories.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs.
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized plans.
- Educate patients and families on prevention and treatment.
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Document encounters accurately in EMR and ensure quality records.
