Job summary

US Lawns is seeking a qualified individual to develop and implement treatment plans for inmates at the Cumberland County Prison in Carlisle, PA. This full-time position requires maintaining confidentiality, conducting screenings, and coordinating community resources for inmate reentry.

The ideal candidate must hold an LCSW or LPC and have 1-3 years of relevant experience. Medical, retirement benefits, and paid time off are provided.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a LCSW or LPC, considered LAPC or LSW pursuing clinical hours.
• 1-3 years experience in social work or counseling, ideally with justice-involved clients.
• Completion of the Cumberland County Prison’s Basic Training Academy required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement drug and alcohol therapeutic programs.
• Conduct screenings and develop individualized treatment plans for inmates.
• Coordinate community services for inmates pending release.
