MEDIKO is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW or LPC) for PRN coverage at York County Prison in York, PA. Qualifications

• Current, valid state licensure LCSW or LPC (fully licensed).

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments through interviews, case history reviews and observations to determine focus and therapy.
• Provide crisis management and short-term, solution-focused therapy as needed.
• Utilize DSM-5 criteria to evaluate and apply appropriate interventions.
• Develop interdisciplinary treatment plans and participate in ongoing case management.
• Collaborate with healthcare and correctional staff to coordinate patient care.
