Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise correctional staff to ensure daily operations and safety.
• Conduct security checks, inmate supervision, and emergency responses.
• Develop and enforce policies to maintain order within the institution.
• Coordinate inmate movements and manage meals, work schedules, and transport.
• Prepare reports on inmate behavior and incidents.
• Lead staff training and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other agencies and community partners on safety and rehabilitation.
