Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Instruct inmates in food preparation, cooking, baking, and serving per standards.
• Inspect equipment and work areas for safety and sanitation.
• Requisition, receive, and store food items following FIFO practices.
• Review inmate duties, complete performance evaluations, and maintain records.
• Supervise inmates to maintain care, custody, and control during operations.
