Job summary

Elior North America, in partnership with Summit, is seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker for the Elkhart Correction Facility, IN. You will help prepare, serve and distribute meals in a fast-paced correctional kitchen, supporting inmates with nutritious meals and safe food handling.

This onsite role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail and excellent customer skills. Prior food service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong interpersonal and customer skills.
• Excellent attention to details and service knowledge.
• Have excellent communication and organization skills.
• Prior food service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve and distribute food across multiple kitchen areas.
• Work in tray line, dish room, cafeteria and storeroom as needed.
