Summit, a brand of Elior North America, is seeking a motivated food service worker for Mobile, AL corrections facility kitchens. You will prepare, serve, and distribute meals in a fast-paced environment while engaging with a diverse clientele daily.

Responsibilities include working across the tray line, dish room, cafeteria and storeroom, with opportunities to learn a variety of skills. Onsite, full-time role; prior food service experience is a plus.

• Must possess strong interpersonal and customer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, serving and distributing food across multiple areas (tray line, dish room, cafeteria, storeroom).
