Job summary

Summit in Elkhart, IN is seeking a motivated food service worker to join the correctional facility kitchen team. In this role you will prepare, serve, and distribute meals and interact with a diverse clientele daily in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers full-time onsite work with benefits. Responsibilities include tray line, dish room, cafeteria and storeroom duties, with opportunities to learn a variety of skills while supporting inmates’ dietary needs.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, serving and distributing food, and may require working in various areas of the department, such as the tray line, dish room, cafeteria and storeroom.
