Job summary

Summit, part of Elior North America, is seeking a motivated food service worker to join our correctional team in Sioux Falls, SD. You will prepare, serve, and distribute meals in a fast-paced environment and may rotate through tray line, dish room, cafeteria, and storeroom.

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and solid communication and organizational abilities. Prior food service experience is a plus.

• Have excellent communication and organization skills.
• Prior food service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, serving and distributing food, and may require working in various areas of the department, such as the tray line, dish room, cafeteria and storeroom.
