Job summary

Summit is seeking an experienced Cook for our West Union, IA location in the corrections division. You’ll join a fast-paced, on-site kitchen team, ensuring quality meals and proper portions, while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

You will manage food preparation, presentation, storage, and daily kitchen maintenance, with a focus on scratch cooking and customer service for inmates and staff. This role offers on-site work with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications
