Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Baker for a jail facility in Chesapeake, VA. The role involves following recipes, preparing and portioning baked goods, and ensuring quality checks on ingredients and finished products.

You will also clean workstations and equipment to keep meals flowing smoothly. Daily duties include stocking, labeling, and rotating products, plus adherence to safety procedures in a cafeteria setting.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent experience; must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of relevant cooking experience.
• Experience in cafeteria or large volume production is a plus.
• Experience in kitchen or large cafeteria setting preferred.
• Experience with safety procedures in a cafeteria or food service environment.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately and efficiently prepares a variety of food items per instructions and menus.
• Refer to Daily Prep List and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Maintain standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules.
• Handle, store, label, and rotate products per state laws.
• Stock lines to ensure smooth serving of food.
