Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently incarcerated at a Correctional Facility.
• Must maintain the ability to work in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to recipe cards and prep lists.
• Implement accurate food handling procedures.
• May be a lead in the storeroom / warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels.
• May help ensure accurate pulls.
• Maintain clean and orderly refrigerators and work areas; ensure stations are cleaned and sanitized at shift end.
