Qualifications

• Three years of administrative, management, and supervisory experience.
• Experience in delivery and administration of correctional medical, dental, and mental health care is recommended.
• Experience in managing budgets and analyzing contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate the health care delivery program for compliance.
• Oversee staff recruitment, orientation, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor subcontracted services and provider performance.
