Jackson Health System's Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide professional social work services within medical, nursing and convalescent facilities. You will design treatment plans, offer counseling, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patients and families.

Requires a Master's in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling, Florida licensure, and 5–7 years of related experience.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Valid Florida licensure for social work or mental health counseling.
• Generally 5 to 7 years of related experience recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement treatment plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide professional counseling to patients and families in medical settings.
• Coordinate discharge planning and community referrals as needed.
• Supervise students and participate in program committees as assigned.
• Submit required statistical reports and participate in research when required.
