Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience entering and retrieving data, using Food Service programs, and maintaining disks with back-up copies.
• Experience typing and proofreading a wide range of correspondence, memorandums, reports and other written materials.
• Experience tracking and preparing reports, tracking and maintaining budget and typing budget requests.
• Experience that provided a basic knowledge of arithmetic and the ability to perform responsibilities related to budget, stock records and logs.
• Experience recording and transcribing minutes of meetings and compiling minutes for distribution.
• Experience coordinating budget data and maintaining a budget account for the department.
