Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff in a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve meals, follow menus, and use kitchen equipment to ensure accurate portions and nutritional needs are met.

Reports to the Food Service Director. Position is on-site inside a jail. We value teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to food safety and quality."

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior institutional food service experience preferred.
