Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Corrections Oversight Worker to supervise inmates in meal preparation and ensure adherence to production plans and safety standards. You will train workers, coordinate tasks, and uphold sanitation within the facility according to company guidelines.

Responsibilities include supervising food preparation, ensuring on-time meal service, reviewing logs, and enforcing security and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Minimum of one year of food prep or related work preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a food safety certification.
• Must be able to obtain a correctional facility security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and maintain production guidelines per Aramark standards.
• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely meal service and compliance with Aramark guidelines.
• Direct inmates in use of recipes and train on cooking procedures.
• Assist in inventory and storage of food items; requisition orders as needed.
• Follow HACCP policies and proper food handling procedures.
