Job summary

You will enforce HACCP guidelines, manage inventories, and support efficient service while maintaining strict compliance with facility policies and Aramark procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of food prep or related work.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience interacting with inmates a plus.
• Must obtain a food safety certification.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Aramark guidelines by reviewing production logs.
• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely, efficient meal service and compliance with guidelines.
• Assist in preparation and serving of meals.
