Summit, a part of Elior North America, is seeking a motivated food service worker for a correctional facility in Mansfield, OH. In this full-time, onsite role, you will perform a variety of food-related tasks, interact with diverse clientele daily, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare, serve and distribute meals across different areas such as tray line, dish room, cafeteria and storeroom, while maintaining service quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve and distribute food in the facility, in various areas (tray line, dish room, cafeteria, storeroom).
• Work across multiple departments as needed by management.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and accurate portioning during meal service.
