Job summary

State of Wisconsin – Wisconsin Resource Center in Oshkosh is seeking a Corrections Food Service Leader 3 to train, lead and direct Food Service Leaders in food distribution and related sanitation activities. Shifts run 9:30 AM–6:00 PM or 4:30 AM–1:00 PM; weekend/holiday work with every 3rd weekend off.

Starting pay is $26.87 per hour, with excellent benefits and a 12‑month probationary period. Applicants will undergo background checks and TB testing; ServSafe certification must be obtained

Qualifications

• Experience upholding sanitation standards and safe food handling.
• Experience training, leading, instructing, or supervising others in food preparation.
• Experience following therapeutic diets.
• Experience in large-scale food service and serving a diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Train, lead and direct Food Service Leaders in distribution, service and sanitation.
• Oversee server line, tray service and ensure sanitation, safety and security.
