State of North Carolina - Adult Correction seeks a Correctional Case Manager (S) at Greene Correctional Institution in Maury, NC. You will support rehabilitation activities and coordinate transition planning prior to parole or release.

Formación

• Associate’s degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Human Services, Recreation or related field.
• High school diploma or GED with two years custody experience in North Carolina Department of Public Safety.
• Certification eligibility by NC Criminal Justice Education & Training Standards Commission.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a caseload of inmates, provide supportive counseling, conduct assessments, develop case plans, and respond to inmate questions.
• Make recommendations to the classification committee and assist in rehabilitation programs and transition planning.
• Coordinate inmate transition (re-entry) prior to parole or release and support program facilitation.
