Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in social work, sociology, psychology, criminal justice, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in corrections, psychology, criminal justice, social work, substance use disorder treatment, or mental health (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong oral/written communication skills.
• Knowledge of community-based corrections and therapeutic alliance preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify individualized resident needs and assist in developing Individualized Success Plans.
• Collaborate with residents to navigate the program and track progress.
• Update Success Plans to address changes and barriers to completion.
• Foster a collaborative environment focused on rehabilitation and successful reintegration.
• Ensure practices align with established rules, policies, and procedures.
