Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate correctional officers, sergeants, and lieutenants.
• Oversee housing unit operations, perimeter security, inmate movement, and counts.
• Ensure compliance with state policies, post orders, and security protocols.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, post assignments, and leave management.
• Lead incident management, investigations, and incident reporting.
• Collaborate with Programs, Classification, and Medical departments to maintain safety.
