• Develops curriculum and materials, including lesson plans, manuals, videos, and graphics.
• Prepares training reports and maintains participant records.
• Schedules and coordinates training sessions and locations; may supervise other training officers.
• Manages contracts with service providers and coordinates department/division development programs.
