Centurion is seeking a Substance Abuse Clerk for a full-time position at the Correctional Industrial Facility in Pendleton, Indiana. The role involves scheduling appointments and routine processing of documents for the substance abuse program within a state correctional facility.

The position offers daytime hours, Monday to Friday, with pay rates between $17.34 and $20.00 per hour depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits are provided for 30+ hour employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of medical records/medical office experience preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Computer/Data Entry experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for the substance abuse program.
• Process and file documents for the program (create, organize, scan, fax).
• Review documents for correctness and completeness.
• Address problems, errors, or deficiencies.
