Qualifications

• Prefers two years in a penal or security institution; roster management experience is a plus.
• Prefers experience using Outlook, Disciplinary Tracking, or Offender 360.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and directs a security force on an assigned shift.
• Serves as full-line supervisor within the facility.
• Coordinates security for vocational, education/treatment, and activity programs.
• Prepares and reviews roster sheets and shift assignments.
• Participates in meetings and submits routine reports.
• Performs other duties within the scope of the role.
