Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and direct security staff and inmate custody in assigned unit(s).
• Ensure security for buildings and public property.
• Perform routine unit checks to ensure duties are performed safely and OSHA standards are met.
• Assist with inmate counts for accuracy.
• Investigate complaints and disputes between inmates and staff.
