Job summary

Adult Correction seeks a School Psychologist to support Granville Correctional Institution students pursuing high school equivalency diplomas. You will deliver targeted psychoeducational assessments and interventions to 18–22-year-old offenders, applying data-driven problem-solving and collaboration with school staff.

The role requires a Sixth-Year degree in School Psychology and an active NC license. Knowledge of IDEA, 504, and ADA processes is highly valued; this is a year-round, full-time

Qualifications

• Sixth-Year Advanced degree in School Psychology.
• Current NC Public Educator’s License with School Psychology certification.
• Experience with IDEA, Section 504, and ADA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with district and school staff to provide targeted support for struggling students, including IEPs.
• Provide psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for stakeholders.
