Job summary

CBH Medical is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Prince George's County Correctional Center. This full-time role offers a unique clinical environment, stable schedule, and competitive benefits.

You will assess patients, perform triage, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including correctional officers. An active RN license in the state, BLS/CPR, and at least two years of clinical experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of duties.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychological, and social needs of patients and document evaluations.
• Obtain health histories, summarize data, and triage appropriately.
• Administer medications using approved protocols and manage IV therapy and tests.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the Medical Director.
• Provide leadership to nursing staff and participate in quality assurance activities.
