Qualifications

• Current, valid IN nursing license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
• Primary Source Verification (PSV) if required.
• Certification and compliance documents (BLS, TB, Hepatitis B, and vaccine/titers).

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop care plans, and administer medications as prescribed.
• Monitor progress, document assessments and outcomes.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, plans, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain EMR accuracy and participate in safety and quality initiatives.
