Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join the team at Putnamville Correctional Facility in Greencastle, Indiana. The RN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the DON and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address physical, psychological, and social needs.

Requirements include an Associate's degree, RN license (or multi-state compact), CPR certification, and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or multi-state compact license.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in CPR.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within the appropriate scope of practice.
• Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
