A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Correctional Registered Nurse for a full-time role in Pennsylvania. The position offers 40+ hours per week with shifts to choose from (1st, 2nd, and 3rd), at a correctional facility.

You will deliver nursing care, administer medications, educate inmates, monitor health, and respond to emergencies. PA RN license required; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) with company match for eligible full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to incarcerated individuals, including routine health assessments, triage, and emergencies.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments per protocols.
• Educate patients on health conditions, preventive care, medications, and lifestyle modifications as appropriate.
• Monitor patient health, including vital signs, labs, and responses to treatment, with detailed medical records.
• Respond quickly to medical emergencies, provide first aid, and life-saving interventions when necessary.
• Work with security staff to ensure safety and confidentiality for staff and patients.
• Perform intake screenings and follow-up care for inmates' medical needs.
• Follow infection control protocols to prevent illness spread within the facility.

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Correctional Registered Nurse. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Registered Nurse Hours

Can choose preferred shift 1st shift- 6:00 am to 2:30PM 2nd Shift : 2pm to 10:30pm 3rd Shift: 10pm to 6:30am 5x8 hour shiftsper week, includes every other weekend

Registered Nurse Compensation

The pay for this position is $55.00-60.00 an hour

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to incarcerated individuals, including routine health assessments, triage, and emergency care.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments in accordance with established protocols and medical orders.
• Educate patients on health conditions, preventive care, medications, and lifestyle modifications as appropriate.
• Continuously monitor patient health, including vital signs, lab results, and responses to treatment, and maintain detailed, accurate medical records.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to medical emergencies, provide first aid, and implement life‑saving interventions when necessary.
• Work closely with security staff to ensure a safe and secure environment for both staff and patients while respecting confidentiality and privacy.
• Perform intake screenings, assessments, and follow‑up care to ensure that inmates’ medical needs are promptly addressed.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines to prevent the spread of illness within the facility.
