The role requires a doctoral degree in psychology, AZ license, and prior correctional experience preferred; schedule Monday to Friday, 40 hours weekly, with negotiable compensation and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active AZ psychology license (must be maintained on file).
• Prior correctional experience preferred (1+ years).
• Strong critical thinking, communication skills, and situational awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling services.
• Conduct psychological assessments and provide diagnoses with treatment recommendations.
• Monitor medication management when appropriate with psychiatrists.
• Collaborate with physicians and psychiatrists on patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention training to staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
