Job summary

MaxIT Consulting - Max Corporate Group is seeking a Minnesota-licensed Correctional Psychologist for an on-site, full-time role in Appleton, MN. You will provide psychological assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention and ongoing mental health services within a correctional facility.

The position requires a doctoral-level psychology degree, a current Minnesota license, and experience in structured institutional settings.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Minnesota psychology license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• At least 1 year in a comparable clinical position.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological screenings and clinical assessments from records and interviews.
• Evaluate functioning and identify treatment needs.
• Develop, implement and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions.
• Offer crisis assessment and intervention services.
• Assist in crisis de-escalation and behavioral crises.
