Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience at the next lower grade.
• Experience with correctional program operations and inmate interaction.
• Ability to supervise and perform administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement programs and operations for inmate needs.
• Ensure quality control of inmate case files, reports and communications.
• Develop and evaluate housing unit operations, security and custody standards.
• Train subordinates and coordinate activities across units.
