• Stands watch and supervises inmate groups on work details.
• Inspects quarters for safety and contraband; conducts searches.
• Maintains alertness; documents progress and incidents.
• Drives transfer vehicles and ensures safety equipment is functional.
• Explains rules, services, and opportunities to inmates; provides guidance.
• Observes behavior and prepares evaluation reports.
