• Current BLS certification is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience.
• Preference for experience in primary care, family practice, internal medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, occupational health, or correctional healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage healthcare needs of inmates.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and medical evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate labs and diagnostics.
• Prescribe medications and treatments per state regulations.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor chronic diseases and provide preventive care.
