Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide medical care at the Otero County Prison in Chaparral, New Mexico. The position is part-time and reports under a physician's direction, following established standards and procedures.

The role requires NM licensure as NP or PA, current CPR certification, and 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in correctional health or emergency medicine.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under physician supervision and document care.

• Attend staff meetings and promote effective communication within the medical unit.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety and infection control standards.
