Licensed Psychological Associate - LPA - LPP - Days - $9K Bonus

We are seeking a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) to deliver comprehensive mental health services to patients within correctional and detention facilities under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. The role includes psychological assessments, therapy, treatment planning, and collaboration with facility staff to ensure effective care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and consultation services in accordance with APA, NCCHC, and ACA standards, including diagnosis, treatment planning, psychological testing, and crisis management.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards; participate in case staffing, care management meetings, and quality improvement activities.
• Complete clinical documentation promptly, maintain departmental statistics, and develop goals and objectives with supervisors.
• Deliver staff training on mental health issues and assist in developing and refining facility policies and procedures.
• Participate in a 24‑hour crisis intervention system, notify the supervising psychologist of serious incidents, and provide timely updates on clinical concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in psychology.

Experience

• Experience with mental health delivery systems; knowledge of diagnosis and treatment of psychological disorders and psychological evaluation techniques, including assessment instruments.

Licenses/Certifications

• Licensed as a Licensed Psychological Associate in the state of Kentucky.

Full‑time, day shift position. $9,000 bonus offered.
