Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Analytical/interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend online medication aide college courses (140 hours).
• Complete coursework and clinical activities with 4 hours online and 4 hours on-the-job daily.
• Enter data, generate reports, and draft routine correspondence.
• Perform administrative tasks including filing, mail, faxing, and typing.
• Answer calls and triage each call appropriately.
• Assist with patient activities and care per nurse plan; maintain patient areas.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information and records.
• Adhere to internal controls and reporting structure.
• Perform related duties as required.
