• Operates computers to enter data, generate reports, and draft routine correspondence.
• Performs administrative tasks: filing, mail, faxing, and typing correspondence.
• Answers phone calls and routes inquiries appropriately.
• Assists with patient activities and care as directed by nurse manager; maintains patient areas with supplies.
• Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality of information and records.
• Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
• Performs related duties as required.
